Hi, I’m Vicky — mom, certified coach, fitness & nutritional coach, national qualified NPC athlete and your biggest supporter on this journey.

I know what it feels like to look in the mirror and not recognize yourself.
To feel exhausted, frustrated, and overwhelmed by all the conflicting advice out there.

After becoming a mom, navigating divorce, and rebuilding my life from scratch, I discovered the power of strength training, flexible nutrition, and mindset work to create lasting transformation.

For the past 10+ years, I’ve helped hundreds of women over 40 lose weight, regain their energy, and feel confident in their skin again — without extreme diets or punishing workouts.

My mission is simple:
