Have you ever felt like something sweet right before bed? I am sure you have!!! Well, here is a very yummy “Guilty Free” option for you………
What you will need ↓↓↓
- 1 Cup almond Flour
- 1 Cup egg whites.
- 40 grs of Sugar Free Hershey’s (melted).
- 3 tbsp Natural Unsweetened 100% cocoa.
- 2 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter.
- 1/3 of Water.
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract.
Mix all the ingredients together in a blender and place the mix in the oven for 20-30 mins at 325 *F
ENJOY IT WITHOUT FEELING GUILTY!!!! but always watch your portions, I am not telling you to it the entire thing at ones, save some for later or share it or maybe not;)
