You will need:
-3 scoops of Visalus Protein Powder.
– 8oz. Cool Wipp Free.
-1Suggar Free Jello bag (chocolate).- – -3/4 cup Egg Whites.
-3/4 Fat Free Milk.
Wisk all together and keep in the refrigerator until set (4-5 hours)
