HOLIDAYS TRAVEL TIPS ✈️?

A lot of you may be traveling to spend time with friends and family, so here are some tips to help keep you on track this season!

✔️Stay hydrated! If you’re flying, bring an empty water bottle to fill once you’ve gone through security. It will also be handy to have for refills while out and about. Remember, a 32 oz water bottle filled 4 times is a gallon of water. Keep it cold and fresh with @gallongear

✔️Be prepared with your protein! – Protein can be the hardest macro to keep up when traveling or during the holidays, but also the most important! Bring your protein powder and protein bars @chocorite to help keep up! When having your meals, aim to get a good source of protein. Protein slows down the digestion and helps you stay fuller longer.

✔️Have a travel cooler like @6packbags – I can’t tell you how much I use my travel bags! I have 4 different ones. I not only use this when traveling, but also on weekends or sporting events with my daughter. It allows me to pack what I need and with the freezer packs included, I don’t have to worry about my food going bad all day. As long as the freezer packs are frozen, they have no problem going through TSA!

✔️Don’t forget your vitamins! That Vitamin C will go along way for you to stay healthy while traveling around a bunch of germs!

✔️Pack gym clothes – You may not make it to they gym for the holidays every day, but if you have the chance, you’re prepared!

☝️Most important…Enjoy the time with your family! If you overdo it with the food, enjoy it and move on! Get back on track the next day! One day of over-indulging doesn’t mean you have to blow the rest of the week! DONT GO CRAZY….I also suggest lots of water if you are drinking ? ? ?… avoid the water retention after feeling by staying hydrated.
