Every “6 Week Holiday Calorie Burn Challenge” includes an exercise and meal plan customized to fit each participant’s specific needs and restrictions.

For the exercise portion, a typical plan consists of 3-5 days of training based on the participant’s schedule and availability. Every session lasts 40 – 50 minutes and includes video demonstrations for every exercise. The exercises are changed every two weeks to keep things fresh and exciting and can be performed either at a gym or at home. Also included in every plan are optional HIIT workouts and warm-up/cool-down videos.

In terms of diet, every participant is given a detailed meal plan with macros and video recipes.
