I don’t believe in giving you a new diet (which you will stop doing when you have reached your goals). I actually encourage you to adapt to a completely new way of eating, grocery shopping and enjoying your food. I am not going to stop you from eating out, but I try to make it easy for you to eat sensibly. Simply follow my advice. All you need is a little self-discipline and somebody to point you the right direction.
