Having a bloated stomach is different from gaining actual fat mass around your stomach, since bloating is temporary and mostly caused by air becoming stuck around your abdomen, making it distend outward. In simple words, being bloated is the feeling of having built-up gas in your digestion system that makes your stomach protrude uncomfortably. Some people even kid around and joke that they “look pregnant” when their abdominal bloating becomes very bad. I totally appreciate this.
Luckily, in some cases, stomach bloating isn’t anything to be alarmed about. Always depending on what I ate that day or even the day before. Some vegetables will definitely make you bloated like broccoli or brussel sprouts. Carbonated drinks will affect your stomach, and even chewing gum will fill you up with air as you are swallowing so much air as you chew. But don’ t you worry, I know exactly what to do to avoid all that … It can usually be cleared up by making some simple changes to your diet and routine. This may not always work for everyone, but it will help most.
I normally follow a daily routine. Every morning as soon as I get up i make my magic poison with with 2 spoons of apple cider vinegar and lemon in water before my meal… I also take digestive enzymes & probiotics every day. I try to avoid gluten and definitely no dairy at all.
Every night I make a ginger tea with peppermint. Sometimes dandelion tea too, since those are the best herbs to avoid inflammation. Also Chamomile tea is very good.
Most importantly, I always say drinking lots of water is the best medicine for all !!! Of course, getting more sleep and lowering stress is another big help for not getting that crazy looking bloated belly.
