Protein Pancakes-5 Egg Whites

-1/3 Natural Oatmeal.

-1 Banana.

-1tb spoon of  Cinnamon.

-1tb spoon of flax Seeds.

-10 almonds.

-Almond milk (a little bit)

-2 scoops of Visalus Protein Powder.

PREPARATION:

-PUT EVERYTHING IN THE BLENDER —

-POUR IN A PAN (spay it with Span). (Make them thin).

-Pour Sugar free syrup on top…mmm.!!!!
